• • First Round of Tentative Allocation (FRTA) has been done in accordance with the Notice dated
• • In accordance with the Notice No. E/16/2025-C-2 SECTION-Part(1) dated 05.05.2026 of the Commission, Option-cum-preference has been taken online from 05.05.2026 to 08.05.2025 from the candidates, who had appeared in Stenography Skill Test Examination. Accordingly, 10,132 candidates who have submitted their preference online have been considered for further selection process.
• • Commission has fixed the category wise cut-off on percentage of error/ mistakes allowed in Skill Test as under: i) Stenographer Grade‘C’: upto 5% mistakes for UR and upto 7% mistakes for all reserved category candidates. ii) Stenographer Grade ‘D’: up to 7% mistakes for UR and up to 10% mistakes for all reserved category candidates.
• • As per the provisions of Notice of Examination, allocation of Posts and Departments has been made on the basis of merit-cum-‘order of preference’ of ‘Posts/Departments’ submitted by the candidates online. Candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for First Round of Tentative Allocation (FRTA) for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ &’D’ in different Ministry/Departments/ Office
• • Category wise break-up of the candidates provisionally shortlisted for the posts of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and Stenographer Grade ‘D’ alongwith the Marks and Date of Birth of the last shortlisted candidates are given below.
