Result Details
- • However, the Commission vide notice dated 19.06.2026 withheld the said FRTA aftermath of representations received from the candidates of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination, 2025 claiming inaccurate evaluation of Stenographer Skill Test for the year 2025.
- • The Commission undertook a comprehensive review of the FRTA and based on the said review, Commission has now revised the FRTA of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination, 2025. The FRTA has been done in accordance with the Notice dated 03.03.2026 on introduction of Sliding Mechanism for qualifying candidates.
- • In accordance with the Notice No. E/16/2025-C-2 SECTION-Part (1) dated 05.05.2026 of the Commission, Option-cum-preference has been taken online from 05.05.2026 to 08.05.2026 from the candidates, who had appeared in Stenography Skill Test Examination. Accordingly, 10,132 candidates who have submitted their preference online have been considered for further selection process.
- • Commission has fixed the category wise cut-off on percentage of error/ mistakes allowed in Skill Test as under: (i) Stenographer Grade ‘C’: up to 5% mistakes for UR and up to 7% mistakes for all reserved category candidates. (ii) Stenographer Grade ‘D’: up to 7% mistakes for UR and up to 10% mistakes for all reserved category candidates.
- • As per the provisions of Notice of Examination, allocation of Posts and Departments has been made on the basis of merit-cum-‘order of preference’ of ‘Posts/Departments’ submitted by the candidates online. Candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for First Round of Tentative Allocation (FRTA) for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ &’D’ in different Ministry/Departments/ Office
